Technical Two Factor Authentication Problem.

Today i logged in my other account to obtain my points, and after log in says this:
"We have noticed an unusual login attempt and your account has been locked to prevent unauthorized access.
In order to unlock your account, please enter the authentication code shown on your mobile authenticator app."

The problem is that i, never, accept the two factor authentication, because i'm not interested in more security, my characters doesn't have too much gear.
I need help to unlock my account.

P.S: English isn't my first language, but i can understand it.

I had the same problem and I was pretty sure I never set up any 2-step authenticator. Try to remove it by doing the following..

- Visit this link: https://www.warmane.com/account/retrieve
- In the drop-down menu select "Two Factor Auth Removal" and enter your warmane username

IF you end up on a strange error page I bet you are using Chrome as your web browser. Try using some other web browser. I had the same problem, and in my case it worked when I used Opera. I'm not sure where the issue comes from but this for sure helped me.
