Mispurchase

I recently bought flare of the heavens trink through points however I accidentally bought it on my Druid (Tuya), I supposedly buy it on my warlock (Aruarian). Please refund me or transfer the item to warlock. Then i tried to click "return" in game mail because i thought it will automatic refund me, the item disappear and it didnt refund my points. I hope you will take action on this. Thank you
