game bugged out

So, i died in Wintergrasp, went afk while dead, came back, didnt find my body, used character unstuck. Okay, so now i log back in my character and there's no HS. I tried getting it from different innkeepers, even checked their shop, nothing happened. I said "w/e i'll just play" , ok i went and bought a heirloom from Wintergraps and it went into my inventory, but when i opened it, it was gone. No HS, no heirloom. F

Character's name is " Scvm "
