this sounds like you wrote your e-mail instead of your username into the thingy. try with the username and password you made on the website when creating the account

Works fine for me, change realmlist to .com if you haven't already.

edit your WTF/Config.wtf and change the realmlist line to SET realmlist "logon.warmane.com"

1. Restart your PC.
2. Close and exit torrent.
3. Move your WoW -folder to other folder, away from Torrent's Download folder.
4. Right click WoW -Folder, select properties, un-check "Read-only" and Apply.
5. If you get prompt, Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files and click OK.

7. Login by using username, not email.

If still no luck, try a (paid, preferably) VPN. I recommend trying with a burner account first.
In the case of ban happening when trying VPN: Help! I have been hacked/banned for no reason!

Same issue here, I can login via hotspot, but not via normal connection just like I always could. I don't have any ban and never had any issue with this. Any ideas?
