WotLK no raid frames

i don't know what's happening but i don't have "raid profile" option in the interface tab.

i tried running this macro:

/run for _, v in ipairs({"Blizzard_CompactRaidFrames", "Blizzard_CUFProfiles"}) do EnableAddOn(v) end ReloadUI()

and this one:

/run EnableAddOn("Blizzard_CompactRaidFrames") EnableAddOn("Blizzard_CUFProfiles") EnableAddOn("Blizzard_RaidUI") ReloadUI()

i even deleted the cache, WTF and interface folders and still no raid frames

any help appreciated

There's no default raid frames in wotlk. You can drag the groups manually from the Raid view. Just grab the group by the name for example "Group 1" and drag it out anywhere you want.
Or use an addon for better frames.

i dont see raid frames at all. in a 40 man AV all i see is a 5 man party.

That is correct. There aren't any raid frames in this version of the game. You either have to press Social and go to Raid, then drag the groups to your screen. Or install an addon like Xperl or Healbot.

it's strange that you said this version doesnt have raid frames when classic has raid frames
