Technical I cant donate ! (Technical or Site problem)

Hello warmane staff, this is secound time i try to donate on your server and again my transaction is cancelled for unknown reason, I have money on the credit card and i filled all the information correctly. Maybe its time for you to check your account settings, maybe you FLAGGED my account to be disabled for donations.. I have no other explaination about this. But i am waiting 12 hours already to join the server and it happens everyday... I have more queue time spent on this server than playing time overall.. Looking for fast response, thanks from the start. I definitly think that you marked my account with disable for donations since in both times i used different credit cards and both of them didnt worked ....
