Account recuperation

Hello,
Ingame name : Spielberg Resto shaman

So i stopped playing for 1 month or more and i did format my PC earlier this day and i completly forgot to register the E mail User name and when i try to connect on my account they demand the Authentificator key to log in and like i said i forgot the e mail user name.
Is there any possibility for me to get the Mail username or to switch the authentificator to my phone so that i can connect.
Btw i can provide proof that it's actually my account with screen shots from early lvls to high lvl
Thank for your time, i really don't want to loose my account that i invested so muc time in.
