if you mean the "breaking news" at the login page, that info still comes from blizzard i believe. considering right now it says something about "echoes of ny alotha"

Thats the account wide essense **** that Blizzard finally add to the game 2 years later and right before the next expansion release where essense will be removed :D Its funny we can see that on Warmane client, almost as reminder how low have retail fallen.
