Technical Two-Factor Authentication Glitchy, Takes Several Attempts to Work

I recently added two-factor authentication via email, in order to add an extra layer of security. (Although in my case I was motivated by a couple of really strange bans while I took two long breaks from the game, it's a pretty neat feature that we all should set up.)

The problem is that it's a bit "glitchy". For example, just now, I got several times the message "your code has expired" (even though it took me maybe 10 seconds to copy and paste it from my email) and had to enter 3 different codes till it went through. Tried to close and reopen Chrome, too.

Also, it's weird that it asks me to authenticate again after just a few days on the very same device, a desktop computer in my case.

Not sure if the staff reads this forum, but I thought it might be helpful to let them know it doesn't work perfectly.
