Technical Characters are gone and can't submit ticket?

I logged in today and my characters were all gone! On the realm select, there is a (3) beside Icecrown, so in a way my characters are still "there" but I can't see them in the character select screen. I can create a new character and it appears as normal, but I would like my old characters back.

I also can't submit a ticket because the only possible topic is "Ban Appeal" and even when I select that, I can't select a ban to appeal because I was never banned. If I try submitting a ticket leaving the topic as "Select topic" it tells me I need to select a topic. So my characters are gone and I can't make a ticket. Can anyone help?

Check character restoration option under services. If that fails, send e-mail to [email protected] with as my information as possible to find out what happened. Reply might take a while.
