    Bags not opening

    I've just donated to queue skip and I bought 3 Glacial bags and one Lottery Ticket with my 10 coins . After opening my mail and equipping the first two bags and trying to make room for the third , I cant move items from my existing bags into the Glacial Bags and the Glacial Bags won't even open ??
