    I cannot change the sale price of the character

    I cannot change the sale price of the character.
    only lets you place 78 coins for sale.. Someone else happens????????

    The minimum price is based on the gear/items your character has equipped/in his inventory or storage depending on the option you choose when selling.

    So yes, that's pretty normal to happen.
