Realms Reducing id duration during corona pandemic

Dear developers, GM community,

due to the recent pandemic of Corona virus, I have been thinking that our server could get in to the social responisble action by reducing the id on instances by 70 or 50% in the upcoming 2 week period? That way maybe for a bit, but it could provoke people to stay at home more.

First off, people who play wow don't need any motivation to stay at home. Shortening the raid lockout would probably cause more raids to fail and disband at 4, 5 or 6 bosses since "I don't have to wait 7 days, it's just 3"
And the best motivation to stay at home are fines, not wow raids.
