I've been on Warmane for almost a years now and have played retail since TBC for the most part and I'm seeing something within recently that I've never really ever seen. I'm just hoping it is a setting somewhere that maybe I tweaked and an easy solution to go back to the way it was is out there.

Just now I was in Grizzly Hills running down the hill from the Amberhold inn and almost got to the road heading to the Valkryls when boom, i seemingly pop back in time about 6 seconds and am stating outside the inn. Fine, i mount up and try again. And again I pop back. So now i just run down and it seems to go for the most part. Then I will get to a place where my toon just toggles, almost like she's snared. I popped into RDF as a healer and we got it done but the cast times for heals were soo bad and i had that snare situation a few times.

I did get a new GPU but this problem started maybe a month or so ago when I first noticed it. I'm an IT person by career so I'm not a techn00b but this one has me frustrating.

Anyone seen this before? It could be just lag I suppose but this didn't occur prior to a month or more ago.
