WotLK Sticky Targeting Bug?

Not sure if this is a bug (nothing on the tracker), but ever since I have come back (about 2 days now on Lordaeron) I have been having an issue with sticky targeting. All of my settings and keybind, etc are stored in my install folder. I simply just copied the folder back over to my PC and everything was as I left it. All my mods, all my ui setups, all my keybinds---everything. Everything except sticky targeting. I have always been super OCD about clearing my targets from sticky with ESC. This behavior I am experiencing now is unusual. Not only does ESC clear my target, it also opens up the game menu at the same time. This should only happen upon a subsequent press of the ESC key. Needles to say, this is irritating to no end. I'm not sure what can be causing this behavior, or if it is something I can control. In all my years of WoW this is a new one on me. Anyone that can offer any insight would be much appreciated.

Edit: this problem extends to the closing of certain other windows as well, such as canceling a conversation window with an NPC using ESC. It will close the window AND open the menu. I am perplexed at what is causing this.

Edit: I have redownloaded a virgin copy of the client from the official Warmane link. The issue is no longer affecting random conversation windows (as far as I can tell) but still persists to the sticky targeting. I currently have no addons installed.

Bro, check the settings of your game. There is a setting about sticky targeting. If that's what you mean? I can't remember very well atm because i'm not at the computer.
