Technical 2FA is blocking me from entering my account

hello,

i have a problem with my other account named similar to this one (i'm not sure if i may post the account name here) and the 2FA is locking me out. i do have my account credentials and after long time of inactivity i came back. i wanted to log into my account on your website to change my blackrock character faction, but i'm prevented. i do not have the authentication app (or the phone) that hold the information for that specific account. i have multiple accounts on your servers, all named similar to the account in question. please contact me on PM for account information or what to do next
