Cataclysm Account migration from Neltharion to Frostwolf

Hello,
I have been away from WoW for some years, and I decided to come back to play on Warmane.
I see Neltharion is gone, and there was a post in forums about migration of characters from Neltharion to Frostwolf, but my character was not migrated.
Character name: Thehero
How can I check what happened to my character and why it was not migrated?

Migration had to be done manually. Now it's too late. But you would not get any useful gear from the migration anyway.

yes, players had some months to copy their character on MoP (frostwolf) and Wotlk (icecrown) but that period ended.

Thanks for your replies.

The reason for migration is not the gear, but the character level/gold/achievements I had so far once I played the game.

I contacted [email protected], hoping they will be able to get my character back.
