Technical Banned due to advertisement and i dont know why

Hello my account was banned it doesnt let me write a ticket there thats why im writing here.. The account was banned due of advertisement i dont know what that means .I havent played in your servers in like 8 9 months maybe even more im not sure :D and yesterday when i logged in i had the ban .Im banned via ip there is someone's ip i checked mine its not mine .Could you help me figure out if i can fix it someway or idk tell me the reaseon why i am banned . Thank you and sorry for my bad english :D
