Insane queue to Icecrown. What to do?

Greetings,

New player on the server reporting in.

I was just wondering, if the average waiting-time to enter Icecrown is close to 2 hours as it is now?. Do you get set behind as non-dornor or do you just simply have to wait for 2 hours, just to enter the server as right now?.

I'm testing a line of servers right now, to see which one i should spend time on, and call my home. But i have never seen a queue on private servers, and 2 hours sounds quite extreme to me. Almost like back in the days at retail-launch.

So, what should i do?. Just wait or do something to fix this?

you can wait, donate and skip the que, or play on a different realm.

Well, you could just move to the Americas. We have plenty of room for players in our daytime!

But barring that, you may consider (in nearly all things in life) the three business tenants: Faster Better Cheaper...pick two.

If you'd like to play right now (Faster), and on a populated and fun server (Better), then you must pay a cost (≠Cheaper).
If you'd like to play right now (Faseter), and for free (Cheaper), then you may play on the dubiously populated, non-Icecrown servers (≠Better).
If you'd like to play for free (Cheaper), and on a populated and fun server (Better), then you must wait in line (≠Faster).

All things considered, the community at large considers €10 quite a good deal for instant-access, and most folk are even happy to pay in order to support the warmane staff in developing and maintaining such a good quality product (not to be confused with perfect-quality product).

Is it greedy for us to put a population cap on a realm that already lags on peak times because of all the people playing on it?
This is one of the main reasons there is more than one realm. No other realm endures queues. Go play on one!

Also, coming from your perspective: Is it greedy for a company to put an incentive for people to pay for their otherwise free services?

Either way, we have to do what is best for our players and community as a whole.

Mercy i for 1 agree with u and Whiksey but i as one of the oldest of the server i come way back when there was sargeras neltharion partion at that time me and my frnds donated we were group of 20-30 players for appreciation and que dodge but due to some reasons we left for like 6 months but when we returned all our accounts were deleted never retreived account name=devilkye password= frustrated never recovered which was accumulation of our hard work but still i am playing on this server coz i loved it

and hisue was there too during that time and i talked with him about that issue but sadly that account can never be recovered
anyways will always be molten / warmane coz i like wow

A donation is a solution if you want to stick to this server. Donate for the minimum €10 and get no queue's on Icecrown for life seems to be a good offer, on top of that you can use that coins to buy from the website Auction House or from the Warmane coin shop.

si no se que pasa pero es un asco hace 6 años que juego o talvez mas y pasan estas cosas aca ya no se puede entrar es increible desde las 5 am estoy haciendo cola y me faltan 127 personas para ingresar al servidor y ahora se me desconecta automaticamente y vuelvo a ingresar la contraseña y me salen 1277 personas para poder ingresar pero que diablos que es esta estafa ahora bien hacer colar para poder ingresar a las 10 de la noche
