Technical Character transfer

Hi i'm currently maining on Frostwolf and wanted to know if theres a way (possibly free or charge?) that i can get my alt on a secondary acc with only him on it, to my main acc that im currently writing from. I put him on an alt acc because i thought we could do 1-90 here, and then me and my friends could go to a legion server. due to some problems from my pc's side it isnt possible, so im stuck w my guy on another acc.

It's not possible, unless you use the character trade feature which would require a lot of coins.
