Hi peps. Im trying to decide what class Rogue or Hunter should i roll for pvp only(arenas and bgs).
I know bth classes are good and haves pros and cons each but for icecrown i see more hunters in high rated arenas, i wonder if the rogues are good players.
So i dont know bc i like both classes and i just want one. Its bc of the resilience and the shadowmourne that ppl tend to play more rangeclasses to have that distance to not get hit?

If you are not a true rogue, then you will find rogue as a waste class for you. It takes sometime and practice to become a true rogue. For beginners, I'd say just go hunter as it's fun class for kids and adults. You will enjoy leveling as a hunter, especially BM spec, while rogue ain't that much of a fun leveling. If you want to know what is a true rogue and how to become one, I will explain it you on the next post.
An ******* who goes only for squishies in bgs and hunts down those who go solo instead of grouping? xD
IMO
Rogue is harder to play well(especially vs so many plate classes) but has many more options to outplay. I feel rogue is more rewarding once you're really good at it, but it's hard to get there and that's why not many players go rogue or why there ain't that many good rogues.
In the end both are very good pvp classes. Choose what playstyle you prefer since you'll need commitment to learn whatever class you choose and these 2 are really different. Sneaky boy vs pew pew is quite a difference.
Rogue is a very fun class overall with all the class specific things like poisons which offer a wide variety of approaches to different situations.
Hunter is more popular than rogue because it has range, has self peel and can kite dks and paladins pretty well.
Ok i get you. ill make both then. Im not a true rogue but i want to get there..ofc i need pratice and im not just gonna join bgs and arenas by myself. ill need a good grp and partner. premades you say. When ill get good with it ill duel with you just for fun.
Thanks for helping decide.
Cheers ;)
For pve, rogue/hunter can pretty much demolish everyone if both are equal in pve build. For pvp, hunter has more things to kite, etc. while rogue requires serious skills.
