deff rating is not working here?

i remmember in old time those low mobs could not hit u
always miss attack and spell
but im playing on lorderon now and they lookslike never MISS
even when im lvl 80 they never miss
even low enemy player never miss attack or spell also
a lvl 40 rogue did stun me like 10 time in row and hided and me at lvl 80 cant see him(thats bug also because higher lvl must see low lvl when hide near u)

so its a bug? or they did it on purpuse to destory deff rating

All mobs can hit you from behind. And low level enemy's also have a chance to stun you,etc.

chance ye - but as i said THEY never miss once
its looks like wep skill and deff rating not matter - from behind or front
go in front of orgrimmar or SW and let those lvl 5 mobs attack u
see how OP they are attacking without any miss

Just tested it on a lvl 5 none of its attacks hit me while attacking me from the front.
