WotLK Consider disabling cross realm BGs for Frostmourne?

At the very least I'm just asking if the algorithm that's supposed to match players fairly by gear can be looked at. I queued 4 - 5 battlegrounds at level 76 and waited in between some games to try and mix it up but every game I was the only person from Frostmourne as well as my team being heavily out geared.

I really don't see a downside to having bgs within realm on this fresh server where everyone is still gearing and leveling. The players on the fresh server are at a disadvantage in battlegrounds when put up against geared players from Lordaeron and Icecrown.

I can only assume from my experience so far that level 80 bgs would be no different and fresh Frostmourne 80s will be put against geared 80s on the other servers.

That's because 70-79 bracket is a twink bracket and it's heavily active so of course you'll get heavily outgeared. Twinking is one of the reasons people who level don't queue BGs at all - they get stomped.

Very true! Happy to report after dinging lvl 80 and playing in a few bgs 95% of players are from Frostmourne making it feel like gear is similar and so far been a lot of fun.
