1. playing vs blackrock in arena at low ratings/gs

i guess this discussion has alredy been brought up since crossrealm is active but i'm new to this server since AT and still i wanna have my words cause there are things i hardly understand how someone finds this accettable
i can understand the crossrealm in bg, and that's pretty reasonable, i accepted having to play smourne/hc trinket every game but
playing vs blackrock also at low ratings it's pretty crazy if you think about
today i played around 20 games at 1600 ALL vs blackrock and we both 5.5 gs. i mean, icecrown is super-populated and yes, maybe only a low % of players plays arena but even at such low ratings the que rate is really THAT low?

my proposal is: why don't activate crossrealm arena que after 10-15 min que, at least under let's say 1800-2k? I personally prefer to do a 20 min que and play vs people to which it feels fair to play against than having to feel the gear gap in every single damn game. i mean, i'm 5.5k gs atm, gearing slowly, will take not less than 2-3 month to take full wrathful, a lot of effort/luck/time to get all hc off-sets and good weapons, which you have access on blackrock WAY easily and whats more on blackrock you can benefit from all professions learning and unlearning all the usefull one in 2 minutes.

i can alredy see the skill>gs, you'rejust whining accept things and "people playing pvp on icecrown lul" (which is incredibly nosense) happening but come on let's be honest playing every single arena at 1500 rating vs people that has full access to all that gear/tools so easily (high tier rele weap let's also remember) feels just unfair and honestly i think GM should care a bit about the pvp situation because between crossrealm/smourne/hc trinkt and mbox in wpvp the situation is pretty much a disaster.

  2. You're at 5.5k, which GS do you think blackrock players start out? 6.5k?
    Let's check: https://imgur.com/DuLbaGu
Oh, would you look at that, it's 5.5k
And why would you push every new player that logs on to Blackrock up to 2k rating? They might be a complete noob creating an ele shaman and healing or they might be the best damn player in Asia, you never know. Like that warrior I just made, I sure as hell am not a 2k warrior.
Pushing new players up to 2k isn't bad just because it demotivates them, it's bad also because it lets bad teams push higher rating by being lucky and getting those teams.

  3. you clearly missed the point. i proposed to activate crossrealm at higher ratings so that on icecerown till 1800 (for example) you play only vs icecrown and blackrock plays vs blackrock only, cause there should be enough players on both realms to make que proc.
anyway clearly i have 5.5 gs now but ofcourse 1 week ago i had 5.3 and so on, being doing arena from 1 month+ at this point and at first games i was playing with 3-4k gs vs blackrock players costantly. and btw 5.5 on blackrock still you can choose your equip+get all profession when i ahve 5.5 random off sets and not even 1 profession

i really can't understand how can you defend this thing, everyone claiming the "blizzlike" experience when pvp has nothing to do with it

  4. Ah, that part wasn't worded very nicely. I see your point now, sorry about that.
That's reasonable, but I'd push the timer down to 10m of waiting at most. Since with blackrock's low population you might get stuck in queue at certain times waiting for the queue to pop up. Guess it could be an ok change that way, but I'm not too sure if they want to mess with specific ratings affecting cross realm, makes things more prone to errors.

  5. sorry if my english isn't correct, i'm tryin. personally i think its quite a simple and decent proposal, as as i said there should be enough people queing at low ratings on both realm and crossrealm may not be necessary in that case.
