WotLK Rogue bugged and can't unlock poisons

I think my rogue on Frostmourne may be bugged. I am trying to unlock poisons, and have gone through the quest that I'm pretty sure should unlock them. It puts a 7 day duration poison on me, and then I go to Tarren Mill to finish the quest and successfully remove the poison. Info I can find online says this should unlock poisons, but it didn't. I have checked the class trainer, can't buy it and no new quests available. I'm level 28 and they should unlock at 20.

How can I get help on this? I've opened a ticket in game but not sure if that works, either way I've had it open for like 2 days. It's painful having no poisons for slows, etc.

You don't need to do poison questline in WotLK. You buy poisons off poisons vendor and it's most often near the trainer.
