WotLK Cross-Server PvP

Hello everyone. I hope I'm posting this in the right thread. I’ve recently learned that all WoTLK servers are tied together when it comes to Battlegrounds PvP. I’m looking for a fun PvP experience as well as a Blizzlike experience. Some have told me it’s bracketed, where we get matched with players that have the same gear, others told me I will get 1 shotted by donors until I grind for better. I want to know what is true. I love Warmane and the community, and I would love to continue to play on this server. Any help is appreciated 🙂

There's 2 brackets. 1 bracket is Frostmourne gear-tier, meaning if you get better gear than average dudes on Frostmourne you'll get put into higher bracket. Higher bracket is where everyone who is geared is at. Since it's cross realm you'll get paired with Iceclown, where a lot of people have BiS gear that they easily obtained or donated for (which isn't possible on Lordaeron, Frostmourne atm). You can easily get put into higher tier bracket as 4k gs fighting people who are 6k and often above.
