Technical All my characters are gone. Help?

Hi,

I remember the good times I've played on this server occasionally since year 2015. I was expected to see my 8 characters on Icecrown and 1 on Lordaeron.

Could you please help me back at least my main character on Lordaeron server?

I remember the questline for my main and his adventures, sad to play the same path with lost achieved professions and stuff, I would like to continue the journey.

For some reason the ticket service exists only for the ban appeals, so I don't see the better place to ask my question.

did you check your characters in-game or on website?

If you can not see them on website it means your characters have been flagged for a rename.

In case you can not see your characters in-game you can send an email to [email protected] to find out what happened to your chaarcters (and if it is still possible to recover them in case)

Thank you for the reply. I've sent an email with a screenshot where the numbers of my characters are shown in the realm selection screen, but where is actually empty. I'm afraid that they were deleted because I did not play for a long time.

Nevermind, they've deleted them all :'(

On Icecrown there were 60+ characters as I remember. On Lordaeron it was about 20.

I've reached the support and they answered me with this (pasting it here just for the sake of other people straggling about the same situation):

"These characters no longer exist. They automatically deleted due to extensive inactivity. More info,

Thanks for the email address, as it's impossible to find on my own and the ticket system don't allow to ask about it but un-bans, so I would not be even informed what's going on without your help.

Mine our gone too! But it just been 7/8 months!
I had 2 level 80. One paladin with the name Moemika
And one mage!

I tried mailing and the said they said they had fixed it. But I still don't see them :(

Is there anything I can try more?
