1. Need help with an old account. Do not have access to email.

Without giving too much personal info here on the forum, I am wondering how we can get my wife's old account back? She no longer has access to the email used to login, and she does not remember the password.

    Thank you!

  2. Have her send an email to [email protected] with as much old information as she can remember and an email to have it changed to.
It'll take a few days but they should be able to sort that out.

  3. Great, thanks for the fast response! I will get on that right away. Have a nice day.

Hmmm when I tried to recover an account of mine. I got this response

"No. The only retrieval option available to this account is via the email used in registration. You'd need to recall / regain access to it yourself."

    The answer was no, period!

I'll ask about it but I know people who've recovered accounts like this in the past.

Update: I got a response and they only change the email when they can be sure there's enough evidence of account ownership and that it hasn't been shared or traded.

Then with all duo respect, why would the staff use such unethical response ? They could simply say what you said. I asked for recovery, they didn't tell me that I would need to provide info, no. This is quite vague and misleading response from staff that really makes me as a warmane premium member lost and not sure of what the procedure is. If the staff themselves lie, then we are doomed.

I can't speak for them and I don't know what all they accept as evidence of ownership. My friends who recovered their accounts used transaction IDs from past donations along with previous passwords and the original email.
