[ANSWERED]Fire Totem Character Issue

I'm unable to get the fire totem quest on my shaman, I had it earlier on but I disbanded it by mistake and now im unable to get it from the trainer. I have spoken to more than 6 different trainers and none of them have the quest, is there anything you can do to help me? Fredsham - Warmane.
