First Netherwing questline bugged?

Hello, when i finished the first questline and got exalted with netherwing i was going to talk with the orcs. But when i was there they were hostiles and i couldn't talk.

Did you untick the "at war" button in reputation tab?

It never was "at war"

Then check bugtracker, maybe it's bugged.
