Please help
My char is browen and I am a master guild named Draconus and when I entered the game I found that the bank was completely empty in the tabs that had valuables and gold theft
My backpacks and personal bench were also empty
Apparently I was the subject of account theft
17 days ago in the history of the bank my character appears removing items, but I have not entered that account for more than a month for work reasons.
I have transferred the master guild to another member of the guild as a precaution
I will appreciate if you can solve my problem

they don't return lost gold/items. learn to take better care of your account details. and enabled 2 factor authentication.

This is not 100% true. i know a guy who had his items deleted/vendored and had them restored via making a ticket.

Yes, when you get the items for coins you have a support to restore them.
Someone, somehow accessed my account, cleaned out gold. I suspect they got my info from 2016 leak, which I found about later(thanks for sending a message about it to affected accounts Warmane - oh wait, you didn't). All I got was "Will pass this up the chain". Still waiting for some info and still have a hope because its been only 2 years.
