Lordaeron A friend cant get his Voidwalker

Hello, i play with a friend that make herself a warlock, but when she was doing the quest for her voidwalker, i think she drop the stone or an item, i dont know exactly what she did , hard to know, but, the thing is, she abandoned the quest, to doit again, but the npc that gives it, dont give nothing to her, and i doble checked it, so now, she cant get her voidwalker, wich is pretty bad for a warlock, at low lvl, and has been very frustrating, i think its a bug, so if a gm can reach to me, would be awesome, to me because she doesnt speak english ,her Character name is Bandeau, ty beforehand
