How to GEAR UP

I'm a level 80 warlock player with a gearscore of 4741. I have done mostly fos, pos and hor hc, aswell with toc. Now, when I got this gear I started feeling stuck. Please help, what it the next step?.

Buy BoEs and craftables from TOC and ICC. That should give you a hefty gs boost so you can join ICC groups.

1. read a bunch of guides about your class/specc, so you know what you are doing, what gear/stats/spells you use.
2. read a bunch of boss spells/mechanics/tactics
3. join a "progression" guild with raid time/day that suits you
4. progress, start to clear whole raid, start to clear heroic, get those BiS items

Also you can do:
1. Don't read anything, just go there and wait for boss to kill himself
2. Suffer for months and years because you just don't know what to do and no one wants to play with you
3. Blame everyone for high GS requirements
4. Make topics about how toxic everyone is
5. Make new alt and farm it up to POS gear again, because that's endgame for you
6. Complain about how P2W everything is because you cant spend 2 hrs reading and raid farm everything you want
7. ???
