WotLK Cancelled DK quest and can't reaccept it, in-game support won't answer, what now

Hello everyone,

I cancelled the DK starting quest "Brothers In Death" and the quest-giving character Thassarian won't talk to me now. I opened an in-game ticket yesterday but it still hasn't been answered. Is it normal for replies to take this long, or should I contact a GM via different ways?

Edit: Found out that the quest I cancelled wasn't even the one I needed to complete. Had to enable the low-level quest marker on the minimap and then found the quest I needed to complete. Problem solved.
