Icecrown starting quest NPC problem

I've got 80 today and noticed that there is no starting zone quest for Icecrown zone ,there should be ship starting quest on Krasus Land. I tried reloging and all that kind of stuffs and still not seeable. I saw some old post about same topic as this,some hunter had the same problem. I can't farm reputation or anything no content for me atm. I hope u gonna check this out and solve asap.

train flying, if u don't train flying get ghetto flyer from k3 and fly to gunship

you need cold weather flying- then talk to the npc by the flightmaster in dalaran.
