Technical Faction change Horde to Alliance

Hello guys,

I am new here, first time playing WoW at reaching Lvl 80 with any char.

The situation is: I changed my main char from Horde to Alliance and I was expecting some changes, new quests, remake initial quests to trigger quest sequences, etc... What I was not really counting with was, for example, Ebon Blade (at Shadow Vault) or even on the Alliance flying ship at Icecrown the quests disappeared. I have been searching on forums and it did not happen only to me, but they say to remake the initial quests to trigger the others. In this case, similar to mine, the answer is to remake the initial quests (http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=330099).

My problem starts with finding those initial quests. I've been scouting all Icecrown/Dalaran and no quest appeared in the direction to unlock Shadow Vault again and the other spots, to have the opportunity to do the daily missions. I do not know if it happens to you but I am here requesting any tip/help from other players.

Open an in-game ticket and explain them your issue. They should be able to help with that.
