Lordaeron lost character from my account

Greetings,
in my honor I had a character named "Iudas" 80 enhancement shaman (if you look behind it in the database you will see it). The loss probably occurred when this character was in the "character trade" and the game allowed me to create another character (nickname reservation). After the time in the "character trade", the character did not come to my account for the full number of characters.
I ask you to solve the situation.
