Stuck in a group, I guess

Hello, I keep getting "One or more party members are pending invites or disconnected" when I try to join RDF. I tried reloading, logging out, exiting the game. Dying and deleting my cache folder. When I try to join RBG it says I can't, the reason being I am using the RDF. That's basically my issue. Do you know another way to fix it? Thank you
