So they are available now, but why are they only available for coins tho, on icecrown you could get them for points

Because there is no point shop on Frostmourne.

I don't believe you can even collect points on Frostmourne - we have people in our guild who only have Frostmourne characters and have well over 2k achievement points (only need 1k to collect) and can't collect points.
