You could create a new account :? I don't think they IP bann you. If they do, use VPN :)

And then you broke our rules by using a fishing bot and got permanently banned.

The fact you went on to then complain on alt accounts that a ban for the same thing had been just 3 days shows that either you had been banned previously, thought it was worth it, and then got caught a second time, or that someone told you the ban, you thought it was worth it, and didn't realize that punishments can change and become harsher, that the point isn't weighting if it's "worth it" but that you shouldn't do it in the first place.

The only alternative you have is trying an appeal again in 30 days, but, seeing what the ban was for and that you were aware it was against the rules but did it anyway counting on a short ban, I wouldn't have hopes of getting that account back.
