Good Day! you might think I am trolling but I am not.

I try to reply to my previous topics but it state I am not authorized or something

Okay my main point here is this:

I have a character with 1400 plus Achievement points in game but I still am not able to collect points from this Warmane website.
It clearly states that I may earn points if I have a character with 1000 achievement points but I am already past that and I still don't get points? will you please look into this issue I am always using this single character so I am not making things up, you can even check my character "Xaenoc"
