Rules, reports and GM's.

I want to express my discontent as donor and player for years of this server.

I have reported 3 times about racism, harrassmen and xenophobia with evidences according to the rules, waiting for a reasonable action.

But the GM's who attended my tickets said, the same: "You may use the /ignore command"

If it is the case, why this super solution is not posted to be known? Why are we wasting time reporting the missconduct of some players, if they are not punished?

Are these GM's arbritrary or just avoiding their job, giving the same empty and useless solution to close the ticket?

Nevertheless, if I am not well informed about this kind of situations, how to handle the reports, or I missundestood the rules, please, let me know.

When someone is beeing an ******* to you, you /ignore them. If they are making alts just to keep /w you - that's when you can amke a report and they'll get banned.

Racism is rarely banned if it's under whisper or /say for example. If you see it on /global then they'll get banned. Same goes for xenopobia. Harassment was described in post above me.
