[H][EU][PvP/PvE] 3.1k Ret. Paladin looking for a guild. Primetime: 10:00-18:30ST

So... Quickly about me:

Started playing WoW since Burning Crusade launch 2007 on retail. Been part of established raid groups, and have done everything up to Heart of Fear in Mists(and I hated MoP). Been playing Retribution Paladin(http://armory.warmane.com/character/...mourne/profile) and liking it as a class, mostly because of its supporting capabilities while being able to dish out good 'enough' dps. As of the time of writing this post, played time is 4d 2h 34min.

Now the answer to the question of while my primetime is 10:00-18:30ST...
Quick and dirty? Answer: My job. I work night shifts as a server manager + IT on call out if **** hits the fan, which rarely happens. As for the long answer, well... I usually work for about 6-7 hours, looking after the servers while fixing broken gear that the daily support hadn't done. And because it is usually intensive on the eyes and my brain, I try to sleep as much as possible on my days off so that my brain doesn't melt from overworking. But yeah, no family life <Insert Kappa face here> which is why when I wake up I just play WoW all day before work.

What I want from the guild?
-Well, first of all that I could raid during the time I've written before(check the title). If not? Then! At least a good number of people active during that time to run Heroics, I don't mind being one of the people that just run Heroics to help people out.
-Voice communication is prefered and best if the comunity is on the older side, preferably 21+. But I digress...
-PvE or PvP orientation? Don't really give a damn about that, but would like both to be present.

P.S.

I might just create my own guild if it doesn't work out, but yeah... Don't really want to deal with the whole leadership thing, even when having the experience of ACTUALLY leading a team at work as well as in raiding.
