    Requesting to change my name but it won't change

    I played about a year ago and logged on for the first time today and it said I had to change my character names. When I went to change them it wouldn't take effect. Anyone else have this problem?

    Wouldn't take effect how? Maybe your old name was taken if you tried using that one.
