i wake up today then i was shocked , my account was banned for 5 days for ninja looting while thats not true at all , i was in H dung then i greed an iteam that i really need , the mage want it as well but i won the roll , after all he insist to take it for 200g i refuse because i really need it but i was so kind so i give it to him , i cant even contact the support for this and how they can ban player for anything ! i can screenshot anyone too then report him for nothing , they should verify before they ban someone :@

You couldn't have been banned for greeding an item. If they banned you they had sufficient proof.
You can contact support but since ban appeals have lowest priority of all the tickets and e-mails your ban will expire before they even read it.
