[ANSWERED]Disconnection at login

So, ive been playing warmane for months and my freind recently wanted to get into it. I helped him install it and its his first time and everytime he tries to login it says Disconnected. Please help

Make you sure you have the correct realm list and you are login in with your username not your email.
