WotLK Stats not adding up

This is my first time posting and I am sorry if I am on the wrong thread. If I am, can a mod move it the right one?

I am trying to find out what will be my stats when I acquire an item that is supposed to be BiS for my spec. I tried to look for character builders that are specific for WotLK. Found something called "rawr" but could not find any download links since it was discontinued. So I decided to create a spreadsheet to tally my stats. The problem now is that the stats on the equips are not adding up on the character sheet.

Here is an example.


Here is my character naked. I am particularly interested on the stat Agility. Notice that it has a default value of 78. I don't know where I got it. Probably base stats but I didn't find a proper wiki that explains it.




After equipping Wodin's Lucky Necklace, you can see here that suddenly I have 170 agility. 90 from Wodin's and 80 from my supposedly base agility. Suddenly I have 2 extra agility.


Can someone explain how did that happen? Is my base agility scaling by a percentage of the agility from the equipment? If so, what's the rate?

I would appreciate if you are specific with your answer. It would help me alot on my calculations for end game.

- I am on Icecrown server
- My class is a tauren druid with a feral dps spec

Also if someone can explain to me the calculations for the attack power as a feral druid I would be really grateful.
