Game Stuttering though high FPS

Hi Everyone,

i recently bought a new GPU and had a high increase in FPS but unfortunatley, I am experiencing some slight stuttering of the game while moving the camera around. E.g. in warsong when im moving the cam around, the FPS is between 120-190 but I do not have the feeling as it is smooth as in other games..

My Setup:

Win10
[email protected]
GTX1660 SUPER OC
Samsung SSD Evo 840
ASus Maximus IV Hero

I tried to activate Vsync but it doenst rly help.

Any further suggestions? I would be thankfull for any kind of help!
