Removed skinning from Culling Of Stratholme

So about a week ago i noticed that i could no longer skin dragonkin/spider mobs in Culling of Stratholme even if i personally looted the mobs nor i saw anyone else skin them which means that skins from those mobs were removed by server staff.
i'm curious why was this done? Why remove a reliable source of small income for players that don't mine/herb?
