WotLK Character Restoration

i had lvl 66 Warrior named Fengar with heirlooms. i decided to delete him and create new warrior because i trained wrong professions and when i deleted Fengar i still had heirlooms on and i remembered that when i created second warrior with same name Fengar. after i realised that i deleated character with heirlooms i wanted to restore old Fengar so i deleated new one bcz they both had same name. when i went to restore old Fengar i accidentally restored new Fengar (lvl1) so i deleated new one again and restored lvl 66 Fengar but i lost 10 vote points which i was collecting to change faction on my main. if there is any possibility of getting back my 10 points please help me i really need it i ahve been collecting that for weeks please !!!

You can unlearn professions instead of deleting your characters but it's a bit late for that now.
You can't create a character with the same name within 30 days of deleting it.
And to answer the actual question: no, character restoration is not refundable, mistake or not, especially not for points, they're given away for free, wait a few days again.
